The rooms were comfortable but cramped. There were areas that needed repairs and it appears there was art missing from the walls. The shower was nice but didn’t drain well. The bed seemed flimsy for the style of hotel they are trying to be. Nice hotel but needs some upkeep There’s also a disconnect between the hotel and restaurant. Could be more seamless

I recently stayed at The HA'll Tailor in Rome and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The service was truly exceptional- the staff was warm, and welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was memorable. My room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, the jacuzzi and balcony view were the best part. And the Breakfast? Absolutely Delightful! It was served in a unique way that added an extra touch of magic to my morning. The front office staff Alexander Moretti and Silvia were incredibly helpful, providing valuable recommendations and assistance throughout my stay. When I experienced a medical emergency, she went out of her way to help me, providing assistance and support above and beyond her duties. Silvia is a true asset to the hotel and her kindness and professionalism made a huge difference in my stay. I can't recommend HA'll Tailor enough- it's a gem in the heart of ROME. I can't wait to return.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough! The staff were friendly, accommodating and very helpful. The hotel is a half hour walking distance from the beautiful Borghese museum and within walking distance of the Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and Piazza Navona. The restaurant was superb - expensive but worth every penny. Service was excellent, the presentation of the food lovely and distinctive and the food divine. I’m already thinking of my return trip to Rome and hope to stay here again!

Lovely hotel and situated in a great place at the edge of the city. Staff we very friendly and attentive. We were taken to our room and shown the facilities and everything was explained. The room was large with a four poster bed and large en suite. Very clean. I’m not sure it was 5 star as it’s a little dated and needs a spruce up but we thought it was great. The breakfast was nice, you can request eggs etc and they bring a mini buffet to your table. Great restaurant staff. We did not stay for evening meals as we went out. Overall I would return and found the stay very good.

Excellent boutique hotel! Beautiful rooms, even better bathrooms, very nice staff. In addition a great restaurant of a star chef where you get also a fantataic breakfast. Located close to Piazza di Popolo. Everythimg to reasonable fair prices. We definitely will come back.
